  • 50% Down
    • Most projects, unless specifically stated otherwise, will require 50% down or $500 down (whichever is greater).  Of course we accept full payment ahead of time that depends on your needs and level of comfort working with us.  Payment in check is preferred: Send to Mighty Marketing Po Box 6142 Katy Tx 77491.  Or pay via Paypal.com to morgan@mightymarketing.com
  • Outline / Flowchart
    • Then Ill need an outline or flowchart of the websites pages your going to want developed.  Here is a basic sample with a main menu and sub-menu below this outline.  It is extremely helpful to include content and pictures/graphic you want the website to have because this allows me to properly design for everything to go in.  The more content and flow a website has, the better the outcome.  Its just like building a house:  You want everything on paper so the builder can properly build the house, otherwise you’d end up with a “mess” if you decide to add a fireplace to a room with no chimney…
  • Domain and Hosting Setup
    • At the very least you will need a domain to have a website.  If you already have a domain, great, I need the login to the website you purchased it from (such as GoDaddy) or an FTP login.   Domains require hosting to reserve a spot on a server for the website itself.   If you already have hosting, then we are ready to get to work with just the Login or FTP.   Whether hosting with me or other company, you reserve the right to own that domain as long as payment is current.  You also reserve the right to transfer the domain at anytime.
    • If you don’t have a domain or hosting, we can set you up with one through Mighty Marketing.  Domain name and/or hosting your domain costs $35/year with Mighty Marketing.  Other companies will charge $70 or more.
    • For domains without hosting: Once I can transfer the domain to host with Mighty Marketing, there will be a few email exchanges which your domain provider will send to make sure you are authorizing me to transfer the domain for hosting.
  • Example Sites
    • Show  me what you like and don’t like emphasising on design, features, content, competition, etc.  Also help me learn more about what you do.  The more I know the better the end result.
  • Site Needs and Features
    • Some sites just need an about us and contact page.  Others need more interaction.  There are lots of options that websites can provide for owners that you can manage and update yourself.  Such as
      • Galleries
      • Slide-shows
      • Content updating on articles, news, etc
      • Feedback/Comments section which enables owner to approve/disapprove
      • Web Statistic Analysis
      • Calendar of Events
      • Blogging
      • Forum
      • FAQ board
  • Text, Documents, and Other Content
    • Be sure to get me everything you can upfront and let me know what will be coming later so that I can properly design for things to fit where needed.
  • Graphics, Logos, Pictures
    • Need logos, graphics, and pictures you want in the site.  If you have a special need for an image/graphic be sure to describe it.  The more I have from you the better I can provide a great looking site.
  • Timeline
    • Usually can have something up in about 5-10 business days.
